Ordering on echococo.store is easy and secure.

Since many of the pieces are handmade, please allow up to one week for an order to be filled, although we usually ship faster than one week. If you have a question about an order placed on echococo.store or you would like us to do our best to get a package out as soon as possible, please call us at (619) 643-7137 or e-mail us at echococo.jewelmaker@gmail.com . We’ll always answer within 24 hours.

Shipping

We do our best to make sure you will receive your items as soon as possible.
Once you have ordered your items, we will send you a USPS tracking link, so you know where your items are.

Continental US

Small & Medium Packages (Jewelry, Hair Clip)

  • Pick up in Store: FREE. Same-day pick up is not always available, due to their handmade quality. We will get your order ready as fast as possible and contact you when your order is ready via email. Pick up is available Monday-Sunday, 11-7.
  • Standard USPS Ground Shipping: $6.95. FREE site-wide shipping is available for all $75+ jewelry only orders.
  • USPS Priority 2-3 Delivery: $12.95
  • USPS Priority Express 1-2 Delivery: $29.95
  • DHL Overnight Shipping: (Must be ordered before 12 pm to be delivered next business day. Jewelry only.)  Same-day shipping is not always available, due to the jewelry’s handmade quality. We will get your order ready as fast as possible and contact you when your order is ready via email.

New York Local Delivery

  • Same-day Messenger Delivery: $50.00 within most of San Diego and 5 miles (Depending on time of day ordered, when needed, and distance variations can apply)

International

Only available for small and medium packages. Sorry, we don’t ship candles internationally.

Small Packages (Jewelry, Ring Bowls, Wallets, Pouches)

  • International USPS Shipping 1-3 Week Delivery: $22.95 (Not available for packages valued at over $250)
  • International USPS Shipping 6-10 Day Delivery: $50.95 (Required for packages valued at over $250)

Medium Packages (Multiple Pieces, Scarves)

  • International USPS Shipping 1-3 Week Delivery: $35.95 for one, each additional one $20
  • International USPS Shipping 6-10 Day Delivery: $50.95
